Who Are We

We have been in the real estate business since 1990. We believe in investing in cashflow properties, therefore our core acquisitions are in multi-family housing.

What We Do

Acquire cashflow positive property + Thriving Community and put in a professional management team.

Since 2015 we have acquired over 500million baht of cashflow multifamily assets. The team is constantly evaluating new deals and at the same time we are also looking to increase our team members.

In 2020 we are finally ready to open up funding from investors who have been asking in on deals that we do. Just as in any relationship we must evaluate that investors are right us and in line with the organization’s philosophy.

Timeline

2008
Atlantic Venture., Co, LTD was set up to manage the founder’s portfolio of real estate which consist of mainly multifamily asset.
2013 - 2015
Reorganization of assets by introduction of system and technology. Through massive systemization and overhaul, Atlantic venture is ready to fund new acquisitions.
2016
New Acquisition of a new 60 units apartment building with positive cashflow and valuation of over 50 million baht.
2018
Organization restructuring and next 30 year plan.
New acquisition to be converted a 120 units residential building. Rebranding plan initiation to include new acquisitions.
2020
The RYHHTON is created massive planning begins
Portfolio of apartments will be branded under The RYHHTON Residence Portfolio of villas will be branded under The RYHHTON Villas
2021
Launching of The RYHHTON Residence – Private Estate-
